读图方法:从实心圆点开始,顺着曲线念,一直到该曲线终结为止。观察带有文字的图大约三到五遍,即可利用不带文字的思维导图进行复述甚至背诵。
特别提示:思维导图的布局和路径的走向比较清楚和熟悉后,才可以忆图。要从整幅图中剥离出图像的框架(即图像的关键图符及其位置和大概关系),要在脑海中浮现这个框架并逐渐细化,要从整体上把握这个图像。

Last week at a dinner party, the hostess asked me to sit next to Mrs. Rumbold. Mrs. Rumbold was a large, unsmiling lady in a tight black dress. She did not even look up when I took my seat beside her. Her eyes were fixed on her plate and in a short time, she was busy eating. I tried to make conversation.‘A new play is coming to“The Globe”soon,' I said.‘Will you be seeing it?’
‘No,’she answered.
‘Will you be spending your holidays abroad this year?’I asked.

‘Will you be staying in England?’I asked.

In despair, I asked her whether she was enjoying her dinner.
